At French Avenue, we take great care in packaging and delivering your fragrances. However, if your order arrives damaged, broken, or pilferaged, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned provided that they are sealed and unopened.
- If an item arrives damaged, broken, or pilferaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

A full refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used fragrance bottles unless they were received damaged.
